김가은미술사무소는 문화예술 분야에서 활동하는 예술가, 연구자, 큐레이터, 프로젝트 기획자들이 사회적, 경제적 주체로서 예술 활동을 이어나갈 수 있도록 공식적이고, 체계적이며, 사무적인 절차를 통해 업무를 수행하기 위해서 설립되었다. 주로 미술연구, 전시기획, 비평, 출판 등의 업무를 수행한다.
